It was the smallest wedding I had the opportunity to photograph and at the same time the last one in 2022. A micro wedding or what kind? The main criterion that distinguishes a small wedding from a micro wedding is the number of guests invited. At a micro wedding, couples invite up to 15 guests for their Big Day, trying to maintain the aura of a very intimate party with their loved ones.
Kasia and Marcin flew alone from Poland to get married in magical Rome. A wedding just for two, because micro does not mean worse! A micro wedding, apart from a smaller number of guests, does not have to differ from our standard ideas – you can still hire a photographer, choose a wedding dress and a dream suit. Whether in a group of 100 people or in 2, it is a one-of-a-kind experience during which you celebrate your love and relationship.
The newlyweds chose a beautiful, intimate church in the center of Rome, where I photographed my first wedding. We are talking about Chiesa del Santissimo Nome di Maria al Foro Traiano (Church of the Holy Name of Mary in Rome). After the wedding, we went for a photo session, starting from the Piazza Venezia located nearby.
